TENNIS CAMP | 6 - 15 YEARS OLD

Registration for 2023 Summer Tennis Camps is now open.

RCYC offers Tennis Camps throughout the summer. Campers learn the various fundamentals of Tennis. Sports and fitness activities are incorporated as part of the regular schedule. Our program provides sound technical coaching that instills a love for tennis and sports while focusing on fun and friendship for all ages.

DROP OFF    8:30am at the City Station

PICK UP       3:45pm at the City Station

COST:
$550 per week for Members
$440  * 4 Day Camp 

$630 per week for Non-Members
$504  *4 Day Camp 

RCYC Youth Program Cancellation Policies​

1. All requests for program changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing ie. Email.
2. If cancellation of enrolment occurs prior to March 31, 2023, 100% of the program fees charged will be refunded.  
3. All cancellations in which registration was made by credit card are subject to a service a fee of 3.5%.
4. If cancellation of enrolment occurs between March 31^st and May 31^st, 2023, then 50% of the program fees charged will be refunded.
5. From June 1^st, 2023 no refunds will be issued

RCYC Youth Programs Conditions of Enrolment

1. Participants must have reached the minimum age required for a specific program prior to the program's commencement. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
2. Membership accounts will be billed at the point of registration.
3. Program fees are based on enrolment and cannot be pro-rated if a participant elects to partially attend a given session or program.
4. Program change requests made after initial enrolment will be permitted based on availability of space and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Program changes will be subject to $50 administration fee per change.
6. RCYC Youth Programs reserve the right to terminate the continuation of any participant if it is determined that this is in the best interest of the participant and/or program.

Release And Indemnity Agreement

I have read the rules and regulations regarding cancellations, waitlists and participant responsibility as laid out online at http://www..rcyc.ca/ and its subpages pertaining to the Royal Canadian Yacht Club's 2023 Sports and Tennis Camps and agree to be bound by them.

I further understand that the Royal Canadian Yacht Club is responsible for supervision of my child during class time only.  If I cannot supervise my child outside these times, it is my responsibility to arrange for alternate supervision. In consideration of my child being permitted to take part in the program, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Royal Canadian Yacht Club, and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, damage to person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with taking part in the RCYC Sports and Tennis Camps, notwithstanding that the same may have contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the same bodies or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon   myself, my heirs, executors and assigns.
